Werner Coach Shift Reminders
Werner Coach ("Werner Coach," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program for employees of Werner Coach, a division of Werner Bus Lines, Inc. This program sends operational text messages to employees who have opted in, including shift reminders, trip assignments, and schedule updates.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Werner Coach driver application or by signing the SMS consent form during employee onboarding, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Werner Coach at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
You may also opt in at any time by texting START to (610) 300-7946.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per week depending on your work schedule. Messages are sent only when you have an upcoming shift or schedule change.
Message and data rates may apply. Werner Coach does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from this program. If you wish to re-enroll, text START to (610) 300-7946.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages. All messages are operational and related to your employment.
This program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
